Self-exclusion: information and instructions

Take control of your time and spending with our easy-to-use tool.

Here, you'll find out how our self-exclusion tool could help you. You'll learn how to apply the feature to your account and other ways you can play safely.

How does the exclusion tool work?

The exclusion tool allows you to take a break from playing whenever you need to. You can choose from these options:

  • Take a break: This option allows you to have a break between 12 hours and 180 days.
    • To start playing again after 180 days have passed:
      • Log in to your account on our website. You'll see a pop-up message asking if you want to reinstate your account. If the self-exclusion expires while you're logged in, you won't see the pop-up. You'll need to log out and log in again to see the pop-up message.
      • Choose 'Reinstate' and confirm your choice by entering your password. If you choose 'Do not reinstate', your self-exclusion will remain active. You'll see the same message at your next login.
    • For all other types of breaks, to play again just log in to your account when that period is over.
  • Self-exclude from playing indefinitely: Exclude yourself from playing for at least one year. To play again after the indefinite exclusion period expires, you'll need to contact us.

How do I set it up?

Enable the exclusion feature by following the instructions below depending on the device you're using:

  • Desktop: Tools → Responsible Gaming → Exclude Me From Playing
  • Mobile: Account → Responsible Gaming Settings → Exclude Me From Playing

If you're browsing our website:

If you want us to exclude yourself permanently, contact us. We'll help you with your request.

Once you request and confirm your exclusion, we can't reverse the action. You can play again with us when the exclusion period is over.

How do I know if self-excluding is right for me?

Find out if you should take a break from playing by answering these questions:

  1. Have you ever lost time from school or work due to gambling?
  2. Has playing caused you to neglect your or your family's welfare?
  3. Have you ever sold anything or borrowed money to be able to gamble?
  4. Have you often played until your last money was gone?
  5. Have you ever played longer than you had planned?
  6. Have you ever considered self-harm as a result of your gambling?

If you answered 'Yes' to any of these questions, we encourage you to visit Gamblers Anonymous and consider taking a break from playing online.

Things I can and can't do during an exclusion period

During your exclusion period, you'll still be able to log in to your account. However, you won't be able to play any games or make transactions other than withdrawals.

We'll unregister you from tournaments taking place during the break period. We will also make sure we don't send you any marketing emails or newsletters.

Can I restrict or block a specific game?

By using our tools, you can exclude yourself from a particular game. Simply select the game you want to restrict under the 'Responsible Gaming' menu and choose 'DON'T PLAY'.

You can also adjust your table or tournament limits under the same menu.
